Statement of Legal Residence System

The completion of the Statement of Legal Residence (SLR) is mandatory for all new students. This form is used to determine the fees that the student will be assessed. If the SLR is not completed by the priority deadline as stated on the online SLR Welcome Page, the student is assessed fees as a nonresident. Students submit their SLR on-line through Bear Facts.
