Student Transcript Systems

Runs on the IBM 9672 computer and is used to update student academic records and to produce transcripts. The Records Unit in the Registrar's Office is the primary user of the system; but many schools, colleges, and departments are using STS to display individual student transcripts online and to print unofficial transcripts in their offices. The Records Unit uses STS to update student transcripts online, entering grade and other changes directly into individual student academic records. STS also allows students and/or the Records Unit to print official transcripts or verification letters online as well as from the web.
