Undergraduate Admisson System

Provides functional support to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Relations with Schools (OAURS) in their effort to collect, process, review, and evaluate all applications for undergraduate admissions to UC Berkeley in order to make timely decisions in admitting the best qualified applicants based on academic achievement and other criteria. Original application data are collected from UC's central applications processor (ETS), and stored in the central IDMS Student Database. The system is comprised of both on-line and batch components. It interfaces with other locally-implemented student systems like DARS, REG, SAMS, SID, TCS, and URIS, as well as external systems at OUARS, UCOP, and ETS.
