Address Release Information

Your address and telephone number release codes indicate whether or not the Office of the Registrar may disclose this information to a third party. Note that this does not apply to campus departments and other offices affiliated with the University who may need this information to notify you of academically-related events or other official University business. Note also that, even if you indicate 'no release,' your address or telephone number may be disclosed to non-University-affiliated offices when it has been determined that the request falls into specific categories where disclosure to third parties is allowed by law and University policy.

If you wish that information other than your address and telephone number not be disclosed, you have the option of placing your records in a confidential file.
