View currently active CPP stack (career, program, plan) data for a specified ID and term.

Data Types:
  1. View currently active CPP stack (career, program, plan) data for a specified ID and term.
  2. Uses row-level security for academic career and academic plan.
  3. Report will only return data for rows user has permission for.
  4. Rows: One row per active program/plan
